Kiwisport- Gymnasties

LT-  To exspoer our Gymnasties skills.

Warm up- stretches to make sure we were flexible and wouldnt injury ourselves. L shape stradalle. A l shape is when you put you but on the ground and put your legs in front of you and put you hands up.  I was strong on the handle ba because i could left up both of my leg and hold on.
